Balong loader engine

src/balong.js and src/balong-patches.js adapt the loader framing and preparation
logic of forth32/balong-usbdload version 2.20 (forth32, 2015; Windows port by
rust3028, 2016). Upstream: https://github.com/forth32/balong-usbdload
License: GNU GPL version 3. A full copy is included in LICENSE and
third-party/balong-usbdload/LICENSE. Reference C sources are included.

GPL license does not grant rights to third-party firmware or trademarks.

The project includes the complete JavaScript implementation and source ZIP.
Client-side code and firmware transfers can be inspected by the device owner.
